Terms of use

1. Scope

AmplifyMax is intended solely for professionals acting in the course of their business. It is provided by Lontratech, Inc. Access to a workspace requires an invitation or setup by Lontratech or an authorized administrator. By using the service, users agree to these terms and to the contractual rules agreed with their organization.

2. The service

The service lets customers monitor Instagram accounts and content, analyze performance, prepare media and organize publishing. Some features depend on third-party services, a connected social account, access rights and available credits. This website offers a general description; the application and the contracted offer determine which features are available.

3. Accounts and access

Each user must provide a work email address they can access, keep login codes confidential and promptly report unauthorized use. Workspace administrators manage members and permissions. Actions taken through an account are attributed to the relevant workspace, subject to any reported compromise. Lontratech may suspend access when there is a security risk or a breach of these terms, informing the customer where reasonably possible.

4. Content and rights

Customers retain the rights they hold in the data and content they provide. They are responsible for having the rights, permissions and legal bases needed to import, analyze, transform and publish that content, including rights relating to people’s likenesses, trademarks, music and social accounts. Customers grant Lontratech and its providers the technical rights needed to deliver the service. Lontratech retains the rights in its software, interface and documentation.

Content generated or modified by artificial intelligence may contain errors, similarities or material subject to third-party rights. Before publishing, customers must review the content, rights, required disclosures and compliance with the publishing platform’s rules. The service does not guarantee exclusivity or intellectual property protection for generated output.

5. Prohibited uses

Users must not use the service to impersonate someone, exploit a person’s likeness without permission, publish unlawful or misleading content, infringe another party’s rights, bypass moderation or platform limits, access another workspace’s data, or interfere with service security. Customers must follow the terms of the social networks and providers they choose to connect.

6. Publishing and third-party services

A scheduled or requested publication may fail or be delayed because of the social network, the connection provider, a technical interruption or insufficient permissions. Customers remain responsible for checking whether each publication actually went live. Lontratech may change providers and features when doing so remains consistent with the purpose of the service.

7. Availability and liability

Lontratech uses reasonable efforts to provide the service and address reported incidents. It does not promise uninterrupted availability, commercial results or publishing performance. Each party is responsible for direct losses caused by its proven breach, subject to applicable law and the contract with the customer. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Data and end of access

Data processing is described in the privacy policy. Where a customer determines the purposes of processing and Lontratech handles personal data on its behalf, an appropriate data processing agreement must supplement the contract. At the end of the relationship, access may be closed and data returned or deleted under the applicable agreement and legal obligations.

9. Governing law and disputes

Specific terms agreed with a business customer govern that relationship. Otherwise, Delaware law applies, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law.
