Terms of sale
Credits, payment and billing for business customers. Last updated September 25, 2026.
1. Business customers
These terms apply to AmplifyMax credit purchases by business customers. The seller is Lontratech, Inc., 1111b S Governors Ave, STE 40827, Dover, DE 19904, United States. Any specific terms accepted by the parties prevail over these terms where they conflict.
2. Credits and prices
Credits can be used for paid features displayed in the application. Their cost depends on the product and quantity selected, such as content creation, account monitoring or another operation shown before it starts. The current price list and credit packs are shown in the customer workspace before purchase or use. Pack prices are stated in US dollars (USD); any applicable taxes are shown before payment is confirmed. Credits are not money, cannot be transferred outside the service and have no contractual expiration date.
3. Ordering and payment
Only an authorized workspace administrator may order credits. An order is completed after the payment provider confirms payment and the credits are added to the workspace. Stripe processes payment; Lontratech does not receive full card details. An invoice is made available or sent as shown during checkout. If payment is declined, no credits are added.
4. Credit charges and returns
Each paid feature shows its credit cost before the action. Recurring costs for managed accounts and monitored creators are shown as weekly amounts in the application and charged progressively as the workspace is used. A rejection or technical failure confirmed at the generation provider results in the return of the corresponding credits. An output that was delivered remains chargeable even if the customer does not like the creative result; the customer must review it before publication. Report a credit charge issue to info@amplifymax.ai.
5. Automatic top-ups
If an administrator chooses to enable automatic top-ups, they select a threshold and a pack. Payment for the selected pack is then requested when the balance falls below that threshold. This option can be turned off in the application. A declined payment disables automatic top-ups and is not retried automatically without the administrator’s intervention.
6. Service interruption, complaints and contract end
Customers may stop using the service under their specific agreement. Purchased credits remain on the workspace balance while the contract is active and do not expire automatically. What happens to them when the workspace closes, including any monetary refund, is governed by the customer agreement and mandatory applicable law. Send billing or payment complaints to info@amplifymax.ai with the relevant references. Mandatory legal rights remain in force.
7. Governing law
Specific terms agreed with the customer prevail. Otherwise, Delaware law applies, subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law. The parties will seek an amicable resolution before starting proceedings.
